Iced Matcha Latte
A smooth, frothy iced matcha latte — café-quality in two minutes, with no clumps.
Préparation

Sift matcha into a cup to remove lumps.

Add hot (not boiling) water and whisk in a zig-zag until frothy.

Fill a glass with ice, pour over the milk, then top with the matcha. Stir.
💡 Astuces
Water above 80°C makes matcha bitter. Sifting is the difference between silky and clumpy.
📝 Notes
Use oat milk and maple for a fully vegan version.
