Salmon Sushi Rice Bowl
All the flavour of sushi without the rolling: seasoned rice, fresh salmon, avocado and a quick spicy mayo.

Rinse and cook the rice; fold through vinegar with a little sugar and salt while warm.

Mix mayonnaise with sriracha for the spicy sauce.

Bowl the rice and top with salmon, avocado and cucumber.

Drizzle with spicy mayo and scatter shredded nori and sesame.
💡 Astuces
Use only fresh sashimi-grade fish for raw bowls. Season the rice while warm so it absorbs the vinegar.
