Fresh Guacamole
Bright, chunky guacamole with lime, coriander and a little heat. Five minutes, no cooking, endlessly snackable.
Instructions
-
Mash the avocados to your preferred texture — leave it chunky.
-
Stir through lime juice and a good pinch of salt.
-
Fold in onion, jalapeño, tomato and coriander. Taste and adjust salt and lime.
💡 Tips
Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to keep it green. The lime does double duty: flavour and anti-browning.
📝 Notes
Best within a few hours, but the wrap trick buys you a day in the fridge.
