Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados to your preferred texture — leave it chunky.

  2. Stir through lime juice and a good pinch of salt.

  1. Fold in onion, jalapeño, tomato and coriander. Taste and adjust salt and lime.

💡 Tips

Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to keep it green. The lime does double duty: flavour and anti-browning.

📝 Notes

Best within a few hours, but the wrap trick buys you a day in the fridge.
