Instructions

  1. Rinse and cook the rice; fold through vinegar with a little sugar and salt while warm.

  2. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha for the spicy sauce.

  1. Bowl the rice and top with salmon, avocado and cucumber.

  2. Drizzle with spicy mayo and scatter shredded nori and sesame.

💡 Tips

Use only fresh sashimi-grade fish for raw bowls. Season the rice while warm so it absorbs the vinegar.

Not into raw fish? Use seared salmon or smoked salmon instead.
