Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and lemon juice. Coat chicken and marinate 20-30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in pan. Add marinated chicken and cook until edges are golden, about 8 minutes.

  1. Remove chicken and set aside. Add diced onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes and bring to simmer.

  3. Add garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Return chicken to pan. Stir in cream and simmer for 10 more minutes until cooked.

  5. Season with salt to taste. Serve over rice or with naan bread.

Tips

Don't skip marinating. Adjust cream quantity based on preference.
