Instructions

  1. Soften the onion and carrot in a little oil for 5 minutes.

  2. Add garlic and spices; cook 1 minute until fragrant.

  1. Add lentils and stock; simmer 25–30 minutes until lentils collapse.

  2. Blend half for body if you like. Season well and finish with lemon.
